Hannah Howard is based out of Miami, FL and specializes in both debt capital financing and investment sales in the Southern Multifamily market.Hannah most notably brokered the sale and arranged the debt for the Dunhill Apartments in Downtown Dallas, selling the property for an unheard of $7 million over ask. Hannah works tirelessly for her clients to not only get the deal done but to also.

Hannah’s financing capabilities are unmatched. In 2021, her company closed over $50 billion in financing nationally, at a company that, since its inception, has closed more than $500 billion in transactions. Hannah closed $1 billion in transactions, which included the full complement of capital providers, with local, regional and national banks, CMBS lenders, agency lenders, mortgage REITs, life insurance companies, credit unions and private equity funds.
